Jesus... Where Are You?

So, where is Jesus
when the mountains are tall?
When bad turns to worse,
and we feel abandoned by all?

Has The Lord thrown up His hands,
 and just walked off?
Are we alone in our struggle?
As the onlookers scoff.

Look back with me,
if you will.
To the center cross,
on Golgotha's hill.

His friends now scattered,
His Father withdrawn.
His adversary rejoicing,
as the crowd jeered on.

Mine and your sins,
 laid at His feet.
With a chance to come down,
He chose no retreat.

Does this sound like someone,
 who would abandon His own?
Turn His back on family,
as they battle alone.

So where is The Lord,
when the mountains are tall?
He's standing right behind us,
so we won't..... fall.

Peace Be With You!

Do we face tribulation,
From time to time?
Test, troubles, and trials,
All do find!

But to the believer,
There's more to us,
 Than flesh and bone.
Inside of us,
We stand not alone.

“My peace I leave with you,
My peace I give unto you.”
Jesus very words,
“Peace Be With You!"

They who find Him,
Find also His peace.
In a world of turmoil,
He is their release.

As the fires of our life,
Rage, in its flame.
Peace is still found,
In just One Name!

As the waves of our oceans,
Cast us to and fro.
His peace is still upon us,
Regardless the throw!

Though the prisons of our life,
Sometimes find us locked in.
His peace is our pardon,
Given...from Him!

Peace not of this world,
Or of the things it can give.
Peace found only,
In He…that Lives!

They who find Him,
Find also His Peace.
But they who neglect Him,
Still await their release.

Shalom

Without Jesus...

Without Jesus,
sin would be king.
To rage and too rule,
over all living things.

Without Jesus,
there would be no mercy to find.
For Christ brought God's mercy,
to all mankind.

Without Jesus,
no hope could appear.
Just man all alone,
ruled by his fear.

Without Jesus,
no prayer could be heard.
For in whose name,
would we pray any word.

Without Jesus journey to Earth,
Earth could be,
 no longer where we dwell.

 For this placed I've described
is a place called, hell.

Something... In the Air!

Something is coming...
Can you fell it in the air?
Can you sense it in your spirit?
Does it seem... like its everywhere?

The days as we've known them,
Are winding down.
But though the heathen may rage,
Yet...they can't hear a sound.

Yes there is something,
Electric in the air.
 A sense of foreboding,
Not far from despair!

Just like John the Baptist,
Prepared the way!
The Spirit Himself,
Is warning these days.

A coming moment,
A climatic event.
A world changing order.
For all...
 Who refused to repent!

No...we're not cracking up,
Nor are we emotionally falling apart!
We're just sensing our flight,
About to embark!

Who Prays for the Lost?

“For the eyes of the Lord, are on the righteous.
and His ears are open to their prayer’s.”
1st Peter 3:12

When we know this promise,
That’s been given to the saints.
Should our prayers be more than wants,
More than listing…our complaints?

There’s a world outside our walls,
One many choose not to see.
One dyeing in it’s sin,
The way we used too be!

Sometime somewhere, someone,
Prayed for me and you.
When we were still outside those walls,
Lost, without a clue!

Someone stood in the gap,
For the lost, they didn’t even know!
Not because we were something special,
But because…they love Him so!

Have we forgotten, it’s hell that awaits,
For those who know Him not.
Lord forgive us, of our wasted prayer’s,
And those we have forgot.

“The prayers of the righteous,
Availith much.”
For with our prayer’s,
It’s heaven that we touch!

A dyeing world awaits,
For all who will stand in the breach.
One hand holding to the lost,
 the other,
 touching heaven in it’s reach!

The Watchman Trilogy

The Watchman

The Watchmen stand tirelessly,
On the walls.
Their eyes focused on what lay ahead,
They warn only with their calls.

Change is coming,
Calls the watchman from his perch.
The weather is changing,
Here in the earth.

The storms are building,
Just outside the walls.
The clouds are darkening,
Are the words of their calls.

Many still walk aimlessly,
Ignoring the watchmen as they go.
Thinking the storm will pass yet again,
As it has before, moving to and fro.

Certain that the storm,
Could not come this way.
Thinking, that storm,
Is reserved, for yet another day.

As a fine rain,
Begins to fall.
Now the Watchman grows louder,
 with his call.

Ezekiel 33:6
But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman‘s hand

The Watchman - Part Two

Standing at his post,
As the rain gets, more steady.
Still warning all, who will hear?
Prepare, be ready!

The storm draws closer,
To all within the walls!
But no one seems to hear,
As the watchman calls!

We’ve seen storms before,
A voice calls from below.
This too shall pass,
Roars the crowd, as they go!

Drenched with rain,
They continue on their way.
Thinking this to be,
Like a storm of past days.

The winds are coming stronger,
Calls, the watchman from his post.
As he sees the forest start to bend,
His words, still ignored, by most.

The crowds continue on,
Thinking this is now the norm.
After all, they say,
A storm is just a storm...?

The Watchman - Part Three

As the tree's of the forest,
begin now to break.
The walls of the city,
start to tremble and shake!

The warnings of the Watchman,
were ignored in score's.
But now those within the wall's,
can't ignore anymore!

A few still stand and proclaim,
this is not the end!
It's only a shaking,
we'll repair...and begin again!

The Watchman now trembles,
as he holds to the pillared post.
And with one last great cry,
he calls out to the host.

Pray, pray,
pray all ye who will!
Call out to The God of Heaven,
on His Holy Hill!

Save us, Oh God,
from our arrogance and sin!
Save us, Oh God,
that we might, live again!

The defiant now curse him,
as they toil in dismay.
Defiant to the end,
unwilling... to pray!

Like a thief in night,
the watchman is gone.
The crowd now stunned,
standing alone!

Amidst all the chaos,
and the confusion.
The crowd is now left,
to their own disillusion...

Time...Runs Out!

The sand's of the hour glass,
Continues to pour.
But when the bottom cylinder fills,
Time is no more.

No more time to measure,
From the glass above.
Not one moment,
 Hidden in the funnel,
For the time that was.

All moments are collected,
And all will be judged!
Every second, every minute,
From all that was.

Some never believed...
That this time could come!
But this time comes for all,
Not just some.

With every second,
 And every moment,
The glass is filling,
 With no time... to spare.
Be warned, Be ready,
Be aware!

What were the mountains of the sands of time,
Will now be the seas of eternity.
What was all the time in the world,
Is now a world without it.

Tribulation (Jacobs Troubles)

Far past man's greatest fears,
There lie's, a time that awaits him.
A time the world doesn't believe in,
Yet, it hearkens to greet them!

A time of chaos and death,
Beyond description.
A time of famine and plague,
Without restriction.

Man's rejection of God,
Will now come home.
But the wrath accompanying it,
Will not come alone!

Day in and day out,
A new plague or a war.
For the years of Jacobs Troubles,
This is in store...

Calamities, catastrophe's,
Massive earthquakes,
Even the heavens shake.
Star's falling, masses dying.
Nuclear war,
 carnage and gore!

Beast arriving
From the bottomless pit.
Destroying Angels,
Just to mention a bit.

Demon's and devils,
Will make man's rule's.
As man finally gets his desire,
A world full of ghouls!

But eventually even the demon's,
And ghouls must answer the bell.
For after those seven long years,
For many,
It's going to be Hell.

Praise Him

Praise GOD,
in times of plenty.
Praise Him,
when there isn't any.

Praise Him,
when there's overfill.
Praise Him,
when your cup is nil.

Praise Him,
when you're caught by sorrow.
Praise Him,
that there'll be tomorrow.

Praise Him,
when the winds are cool.
Praise Him,
when the world says, you fool.

Praise Him,
even in times of loss.
Praise Him,
for the Gift He gave us,
at the cross!

If the world knew Him,
Like we do.
Then they would,
Praise Him,
 Too!

Praise Him!

The Birth Pains Begin!

We in America always see
 God’s Blessings at hand!
For we are so blessed a nation
 Throughout the lands!

The world even envies our poor,
We have so much!
But America's forgotten...
The One,
Who blessed us with such!

We’ve listened to fools,
Who cried, “worship whom you please!”
“And it’s not that important,
In whom you believe”!

Has America forgotten?
From whence she came!
Has she sold out her beliefs?
To cover her shame!

Must fire fall from heaven,
To get America’s attention?
What awaits a nation that takes pride,
 In new sins,
 As their own invention!

Must we see judgment?
Before we turn from our ways!
Or is political correctness our answer?
In the last days!

America, will we fall on our face?
 And repent of our sin!
Or have we reached that moment in Scripture
where the birth pains begin?

Mark 13:8

A Gathering of Ages

At a date known only to God.
In a place, He has chose.
The stage is already set.
The official time...only He knows.

A gathering of the ages,
Will take place.
And all are coming,
Of, the human race.

One gathering, will be,
For all who answered His call.
Then later another gathering,
For all...who embraced the fall.

For all who say,
They've had no such invitation.
All this talk of a gathering,
Is nothing more,
 Than a wild imagination!

For all, our choice will decide!
Sooner...or later?
Answer His call?
Or answer, the fall?

But a gathering is coming my friends.
And the time is already set.
So believe it...or not?
This is a gathering...
 You will not forget!
